Leadership

Our leadership development workshops are based on the premise that leadership is a quality or set of attributes that one brings to bear on the work they perform, not a job or role in an organization. While we believe there is a positive relationship between managing within an organization and leadership, we also recognize that leadership development is applicable to everyone, regardless of their position. 

Because effective leadership is rooted in emotional intelligence and draws from an understanding of how productive teams are developed, our workshops are infused with these core competencies. However, we tailor all our workshops to the specific needs of our client and the workshop participants based on their assessment results.

During our leadership workshops, we present clear definitions and examples of what core leadership attributes are, provide opportunities to further shape participant understanding, and demonstrate practices that can be put into action immediately. Participants will explore and practice behaviors that are positively related to both their performance, as well as  the engagement and satisfaction of others. These include modeling right behaviors, promoting a shared vision, fostering a culture of critical thinking, and sharing power with others.

We use The LPI® 360 assessment, which is based on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® to measure the frequency participants engage in exemplary leadership behaviors and expose gaps that may be inhibiting their ability to show up positively and influence peak performance.
