Curriculum & Content Development
We develop learning curriculums to meet key organizational goals and objectives, with a focus on achieving individual and team peak performance. Our workshops feature interactive lessons and experimental simulation to ensure participants not only recognize desired behaviors, but are able to demonstrate them in a safe environment for maximal learning and real-world application.
Workshop Facilitation & Coaching
Following a performance-based development methodology, our expert facilitators lead participants through the learning process, while guiding them through practical skills application to achieve desired behaviors. Our workshops can be followed by one-on-one or small group coaching to reinforce learning, evaluate progress and course-correct for optimal performance.
Competency Assessments
We administer a variety of industry-standard, evidence-based competency assessments. Our 360-degree and self-reporting tools include Genos Emotional Intelligence, The LPI® 360, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®, Everything DiSC®, and PXT Select® to gain the necessary intelligence to shape learning opportunities and coaching interactions.
