Walteric (pronounced wal-tric) is a learning and development firm specializing in the intersection of emotional intelligence and peak performance. We help management groups and operational teams in a variety of environments maximize productivity using a performance-based development methodology to assess participants’ current capacity to perform, expose their root motivations, identify optimal behaviors, map a path to agility, and coach them to achievement.  

Because resilience and durability underpins positive organizational behavior leading to optimal performance, we design learning and development opportunities focusing on the most impactful organizational competencies: emotional intelligence, leadership, team building and strategic thinking. Our workshops feature interactive lessons, practical skills application and experimental simulation to ensure participants not only identify desired behaviors that are aligned to their ideal self, but are able to exercise those behaviors in a controlled environment for maximal learning and future real-world application.

Additionally, each of our workshops include optional assessments of participants using industry-standard, evidence-based tools aligned to their specific workshop focus, and can be followed by one-on-one or small group coaching to reinforce learning and continuously evaluate practices and behaviors.

We define emotional agility as the capacity to accurately assess, purposefully adjust, and precisely engage at pace within rapidly evolving, highly complex operating environments to achieve peak performance.

Emotionally agile teams are able to more rapidly realize peak performance through vulnerability-based trust, productive conflict, maximum buy-in to task commitment and accountability to achieve results.

An optimally developed emotional agility capacity enables individual contributors to maintain awareness and self-control, recover rapidly from tension, and resist co-option or exploitation by others.
